Help with Phone Problems

without comments

I recently changed my iPhone 6s passcode to a 4 digit code however when i tried logging in again it was asking for a 6 digit code. after using up all of my attempts to log in with random guesses, my phone is now ‘disabled’ and when plugged it into my laptop it isn’t recognised and a pop up asks me to ‘reset’ the phone. i’m not backed up on icloud or itunes, so this means i’d loose all of my photos and videos which are really important to me. do not care what happens to the phone, just want my precious photos back. I found some good advice on this site that I’m following to recoup my phone’s data.

My phone is a Samsung note 2 model. It suddenly went off and refused to come on again. It has been checked by someone technical and was told the mother board is the likely problem. I will primarily want all data on the phone retrieved back if possible. I am not sure if you guys can fix the mother board and restore the phone but if that is possible, I will equally be excited about it.

Iphone 5 dropped in toilet (clean I promise!!) – have not been able to power on since :( Need to recover photos / videos / texts

Dropped my iphone6 in the loo on holiday; only brief submersion (2 seconds or so – and it was a clean toilet!). Powered off then made the mistake of trying to power on again. Phone became very hot; packed in rice to dry out. Still non-responsive 3 days later. Keen to retrieve holiday snaps that have not uploaded to icloud during the last fortnight – plus contacts and recent text messages.

I have accidently deleted the dcim file on my android phone and have lost about 5000 pics. Is this something you can help with??

I have a Samsung 7 edge. I would like to recover all audio/recording files, even those deleted by accident.

iPhone 5S. Was working absolutely fine, all of a sudden it’s gone into recovery mode. The iTunes sign comes up – but when plugged into iTunes, it forces restore to lose all data. It has many photos but it’s the voice memos I desperately need. My grandfather passed away not too long ago and I have lots of his voice recordings in that phone which I’m desperate to get back. The phone was never backed up on iTunes.

Wife dropped iphone 6 in water. We powered it off. Tried rice drying trick for 2 days. No power up. I opened case, cleared out last moisture but found two tiny spots of water damage on logic board. Reassembled. Still no power.
Ideally my wife would like to fix phone but at least wants to recover data. Crucially the photos, but ideally all contacts, message history etc. Is this possible? I am working in West End, London

Desperately trying to seek help as my iPhone 6 died and I appear to have lost all my photos of baby twin boys (my Uncle set up a Google Photos I thought for back up but somehow hasn’t worked!). I’m devastated, so happy to try anything to recover my photos.

My iphone 6 won’t start up. Apple have confirmed it is some internal problem, so they don’t offer battery replacement either. They ran two diagnostics also and told the phone won’t boot up. I really would to retrieve the data. Please help.

I have a Huawei Media Pad. I thought it had a broken battery or charging port but I tried to have it repaired and they say it can’t be fixed. I have 1.4GB of photos on there that I want back. Is there some way to do this and if so, how much would it cost?

My now ex fiancé of 15 years had a Samsung galaxy s7 of ours but he did a hard factory reset on it before giving it back to me loosing all my 3000 photos and whatsapps and calls and messages. Is there any way you can help me recover this?

Dropped iPhone 6S in the pool 3 days ago. Have kept in rice since then but the phone won’t turn on. Not sure whether to try charging it but don’t want to do something that could potentially harm it. I don’t really care about the phone, (although if you can fix it altogether, that would be perfect), I just really want the photos and other data back.

Would you be able to recover data from a Samsung S7 Edge that has a broken screen? My insurance company is going to fix it but I do not want to lose all the data in my phone when they reset it so I would like to back it up beforehand.

Please email not call back as i dont have a phone

I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N9005) and in March 2016 suddenly it stopped working without any known caused by me. I visited Samsung company in a chance to repair it or at least to recover the important data for me like Whatsapp photos and the other stuff from the internal memory (32GB ), however, they said it is not possible. all the repairing company told me it is a Power problem since it does not turn on or even light up the charging LED ( It is like a piece of metal ) I am currently in Malaysia

i’ve an Android cellphone caught in a boot loop (see http://www.androidauthority.com/lg-bootloop-whats-going-on-735474/). The smartphone is an HTC One (i.e. M7). I had now not been having any problems, and were given up in the future to ind the cellphone stuck rebooting – there was no cause event or “incident”. The telephone is pretty antique, and had some battery issues because of its age, however not anything worse. The telephone can rate, and boots via the HTC screen and then goes clean, before resetting (perhaps around a minute after powering on). i’m able to get into the recovery display and fastboot with the aid of protecting VOL-DOWN even as rebooting. i’ve attempted various healing or reboot alternatives in there but none make any difference. i have not attempted the “manufacturing unit reset” alternative as i’m a good deal greater interested by getting the facts off than getting the handset running once more. I additionally attempted getting access to it over ADB from my laptop, however as I in no way attempted this whilst the smartphone become working I don’t know whether the hassle with this is with me or with the telephone.
I wanted to invite if you can make any guidelines or provide me an estimate for taking a look at the cellphone.
the primary issue i’m interested in getting back is my photos, although i am also interested by different facts from the internal storage, in addition to texts and facts from some apps.
